Injury Information

There are loads of injuries we get as triathletes. The very nature of the sport puts pretty much every system in our bodies under strain so it's surprising we manage to keep it together as well as we do!


I enjoy writing and teaching so put together little information pieces aimed to help broaden knowledge around anatomy, physiology, injury, and rehab. They are based on a combination of my own clinical experience and available academic evidence.
