Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy involves the assessment and treatment of injury. It can also involve taking steps to reduce the risk of injury. Early intervention from a qualified and experienced professional can help prevent problems from becoming chronic and affecting performance.

This may involve manual therapy, exercise or other intervention, but it will always be aimed at helping you achieve 100%.

Bio-mechanical assessment aims to improve and balance the way you move and function, aiming for efficiency of energy and reduction of injury risk. Many injuries occur because of adverse bio-mechanics due to overuse or poor control. A complete bio-mechanical screen of joint range and muscle function will identify these deficiencies.

Left unattended that little niggle can soon turn into a severe pain that seems to take forever to get better, so remember: prevention is always better than cure.

My aim is to help you get back to fitness and function, providing you with the tools you need to get there as quickly as possible. As a keen athlete who has had more than his fair share of injuries, I know exactly how frustrating it is to be out of the game.
