This is my own personal page where you'll find posts about triathlon, coaching, physiotherapy, injury, rehab, nutrition, and kit reviews.
If text is highlighted in red, then you can click on it to open the link in a new tab.
I have been a physiotherapist since 2005 and an amateur triathlete since 2008. I am now also a Level 2 British Triathlon Federation (BTF) coach at my local club Exeter Triathlon Club across all age-groups and disciplines.
I specialist in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, and have worked extensively in the NHS and private sector, and can count age-group World- and European-Champion triathletes and track athletes amongst my patients.
I race anything from sprint- to iron-distance triathlons, as well as 5k to marathon running, and frequently ask why I put myself through it all!
This site is a place for me to share various types of post: they may be race reports; articles I've written on conditions or injuries; my favourite recipes; or reviews of new kit that I've tried.
I hope that it's interesting and/or informative, and if you've anything you'd particularly like me to write about, please let me know.
In the meantime: train smart; race well; enjoy life.
